3D Modelling & Rendering

Inco creates digital models and CGI mock ups of each project.  This helps give our clients a clear view of what the end product will look like.  It also makes it quick and easy to see how furniture will fit and suit a room.

Presentation Drawings

Every project is different and sometimes you don't need a fancy render to present your idea.  Inco can produce clear line drawings to detail dimensions.

Inco's manufacturing team is set up with flexibility and quality in mind.  Our highly skilled joiners and craftsman are well established in their fields, and enjoy taking on challenging work.  The quality control that goes into our production is rigorous and instantly recognisable.

Prototyping is a quick and cheap way of developing your project.  You may need a visual model, a proof of concept or a range of pieces to perform user testing.

We are on hand to discuss your options and find the best solution for you.

Manufacturing and Assembly Instructions

Flat pack Furniture is often seen as a headache for the end-user to assemble.  Having clear and concise instructions is a great way of relieving this and improving your brands reputation with the end-user.

We produce and print instructions using the 3D model of your project as a visual aide.

Providing detailed manufacturing drawings and assembly sheets is key to making sure your product is made accurately.  Our CAD team is well equipped to create detailed drawing packs, so your product can be manufactured on a large-scale at a reduced cost and lead time.

Manufacturing specification

Inco's in-house technical team is on hand to give you the documentation you will need to take your product to market.

From detailed cutting lists to supplier specification and MPU (manufacturing price per unit), our team will give you everything you need to get up and running.

We run a weekly class, teaching people of all ages how to 3D model and 3D print their own designs.  Given the right tools and guidance, it's amazing how quickly people can take to it.  To find out more about our current timetable get in touch via email.
